Work with maintenance, technical, and operations as needed to trouble shoot area issues or coordinate incident investigations and problem-solving sessions (safety, quality, reliability, etc. ). Review and approve operating directions, blanking lists, lock out sheets, etc. Attend daily/weekly maintenance planning meetings to help

prioritize work needs for operations. Accountability: Held accountable to Safety, Health, Environmental metrics: LWC, TRI, OTJ, Tier I, II, III Incidents, and any process incidents.

This role is accountable for all Operations metrics including SHE, Yield, Uptime, Cost, and Quality. Accountability is measured by meeting the PO for these metrics set by the business. Qualifications: Engineering degree preferred At least 3 years experience in manufacturing operations Strong computer skills (Microsoft Applications, SAP/SAPPM) Ability to work well with others using influence Able to organize, plan, and prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities.
