Additional duties may include but are not limited to resetting the dining room to accommodate groups of different sizes, sweeping, dusting, cleaning windows and mirrors as needed,
and cleaning up spills. Utility Workers may need to assist with dishes and other cleaning and organizing tasks as business needs dictate. Successful candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being flexible and able to change plans on a moments notice.
Neat clean appearance in this upscale relaxed venue is a must. Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old Must have a valid TEAM, TIPs or Title 4 certificate to serve alcohol Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked Must be discrete and keep all information and details of guests confidential Must have a H. S Diploma or equivalent
Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully and pass a background check Must be able to carry fully loaded serving tray or bus tub while maneuvering in tightly quartered and confined spaces Must be able to work with a group as well as independently Other Skills/Abilities Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis Ability to bend, stoop, reach in confined spaces Ability to be on feet for long periods of time - up to four (4) hours in length Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise The above description is not all-inclusive and may include other related duties as needed.
