Will provide the 2nd level oversight of electrical medium and low Voltage systems repairs and preventive maintenance. Supports the Maintenance Supervisors (Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing) regarding 24/7 site-wide and after-hours electrical distribution issues and major Mechanical and Plumbing projects/repairs. Ensures annual and greater programmed preventive maintenance for electrical,
mechanical, and plumbing systems is coordinated, scheduled and executed per annual work plan.
Provides field updates to Management and key customers when critical repairs are made and or when facility infrastructure is restored. Recommend operational improvements and communicate system events to Project Manager regarding the condition of all critical electrical distribution systems, mechanical systems and plumbing systems. Evaluate Quality Control inspection reports, job orders, work plans/schedules and records for content and completeness. Advises the Program Manager and Operations Manager regarding recurring facilities discrepancies and actions to correct.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical preferred), Business Management or related field. 5 years’ experience working in technical field (Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing). Understanding, experience, and knowledge in working with CMMS systems. Understanding of concepts and practical experience with Planning / Scheduling / Estimating, Preventive Maintenance program development, and Reliability Centered Maintenance Philosophy 2 or more years’ experience managing teams in the following areas: facilities equipment operation and maintenance services, MEP systems, and data center operations.
Experience working on Federal Government Contracts is a plus.
