Essential Functions Executes assignments received in a timely and accurate fashion with the objective of minimizing downtime and maximizing quality, safety, and run time. Participate in safety and GMP training sessions, and other company training sessions. Communicate and execute with production team line changeovers and line adjustments. Understanding and adherence to GMP, SOP and safety procedures always, including LOTO Support structured improvement projects or other projects assigned by leadership. Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and using precision measuring and testing instruments. Removes defective parts by dismantling devices/equipment/machinery using hand and power tools.

Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Performs all duties autonomously with minimal supervision. Takes ownership of work performance and craftsmanship Preferred Working knowledge of assembly/production processes Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
