D uties include but are not limited to : Perform minor electrical maintenance and repair such as equipment, line and circuitry repair, replacement of fixtures, switches, outlets, drivers, ballasts, led modules, bulbs and tubes, etc.
Perform minor plumbing maintenance such as repair of leaks, unclogging of drains, replacements of faucets, water fountain, etc. Perform minor carpentry repairs such as replacing door knobs, door closers, framing and patching walls, etc. Paint interior and exterior walls as needed. Perform minor hvac troubleshooting and repair, and maintenance such as replacement of filters, belts and thermostats, clean coils, clear drain lines, etc.
Inspect condition of building and building mechanical and pneumatic equipment, and monitor fluid levels, temperature reading, filter replacement, etc. Assist and supervise vendor activity as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of property access control systems, building heating and cooling systems, fire detection and protection systems. Assist and supervise vendor activity as it relates to lawn care, site and ground work and snow removal. May travel from site to site as needed. Other duties as assigned. Senior Property Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Crew Job Qualifications : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Three (3) years building maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and hvac. Must be able to work independently as well as supervise others assigned to similar responsibilities. Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, some lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking. Must have a valid Driver's License with few to no points. Job requires travel between dealership locations (vehicle provided).

The Maintenance/Operations Leader provides leadership and direction for the area and ensures continuous and efficient production in desired quantity and quality, and/or effectively interfaces with service provider to manage maintenance work and shutdowns. S/he interfaces with business leadership and supply chain for coordination of schedules and understanding of customer needs. S/he is accountable for establishing and meeting
fixed and variable cost objectives. The leader sets expectations for adherence to policies and procedures and safety standards. Manages quality, cost, resources and schedules.
As a Maintenance/Operations Leader, you will: Your key responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the Strategic Asset Management Plan. Manage production throughout, reliability of supply, maintenance work processes and utilization of the capacity and product mix Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both Du Pont and service provider teams. Manage the Gatekeeper and MRO Leader their process/systems Provide turnaround (TAR) coordination for transitions and for large TARs with
service provider. Provide high level oversight of the MRO Optimization process Assists with maintenance and operations in the implementations of the maintenance work management process (WMP) to the documented service guidelines.
Audit the maintenance work management processes for effectiveness for materials, services, and maintenance. Perform a monthly analysis of work performed by maintenance. Understands the service provider GMISS/BPCS/SIS standards to ensure they align with the requirements of PSM for PSM Critical equipment as specified by Du Pont. Acts as an SAP-PM approver of additions and changes to equipment, maintenance plans, task lists, and materials.
Drive improvement programs and initiatives for production, maintenance and technology. Ensure continuous and efficient production in desired quantity and quality Interface with business leadership and supply chain for coordination of schedules Accountable for establishing and meeting fixed and variable cost objectives. Set expectations for adherence to policies and procedures and safety standards. Manages quality, cost, resources and schedules. Leader of PSM Mechanical Integrity/Quality Assurance program as defined by site manuals and practices. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering required Preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical8 or more years of industry related experience in a plant/manufacturing environment is required SAP or other ERP system experience is required Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements preferred Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred Strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a changing environment to meet challenging business needs.
