Be able to lift 50 pounds in the daily performance of the position and an occasional 50-70 pounds. Ability to work from/off a ladder/scaffold to change light bulbs, clean light fixtures, paint, clean walls, make minor repairs, etc. Mechanical aptitude for equipment operation. Ability to complete assigned tasks/schedules successfully and in a timely manner.
Ability to see what needs to be done and do it. Attend training as needed to maintain or receive certain maintenance licenses. SUPERVISION: The position is supervised by the Facilities Manager. DAYS AND HOURS: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. However, this time is subject to change depending on the season and duties assigned.
