Troubleshoots application issues and works with vendor to resolve the issue. Recommends modifications for the application to improve clinic workflow, efficiency, and productivity of clinic staff.
Maintains interfaces from health system applications and troubleshoots issues in a timely manner. Assists with upgrade in the of health system applications. Organize and perform group training and cross-training activities related to Health Systems and general PC skills. Assists and maintains credentials of users and additional high security level tasks.
Complies with HIPAA rules and maintains all patient information confidentially and securely. Information Technology Skills: Work with Health Applications Coordinator to carry out IT initiatives related to Health Systems.
Supports the Information Technology Department's strategic plans and attends IT meetings. Manage assigned projects and ensure projects are completed. Implement IT decisions and recommendations as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Combination of education (High School/GED, Associates Degree, Technical School/Certifications, or Continuing Ed credits. ) and/or experience in support of Health system applications. Familiar with clinical workflows and understanding the roles of a clinical practice. Prefer demonstrated knowledge in teambuilding and teamwork.
