LOCATION: Downers Grove BASE RATE PER HOUR: $22.45SHIFT: 3rd# OF OPENINGS: 1HOURS: Generally, starts as early as 9:45 PM until finish. Overtime and weekend work as needed. Starting times and hours may vary depending on coverage due to report-offs and the production schedule especially during holidays.

Good attendance and punctuality required. JOB SUMMARY/JOB DUTIES: Must disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment, requiring understanding and retention of set procedures and the ability to detect variations from standard.

Must work in steam room (hot environment). Must maintain assigned areas according to set sanitation standards. Must have some mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to work without close supervision. Ability to operate a forklift truck and pass licensing requirements. Must move product scrap containers throughout plant as needed (requires pushing/pulling up to 800 lbs. ). Must operate a floor scrubber. Ability to work from heights on

a ladder or lift. Must remain on job for one year due to training requirements.

Analyzes equipment performance and submit work orders describing problems of the equipment and how it relates to inferior production of product. Ensures all SQF, HACCP, CTS, SOP, Safety, and Hygiene standards are adhered to. Communicates thoroughly with the previous shift's equipment cleaners regarding unfinished task workload and or special requests or requirements. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists management in solving work problems. Develop action plans and ensure follow through on obtaining objectives for the department Complete/close out SAP work orders daily Maintains work area to "5S" cleanliness, housekeeping and organizational standard.

Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent. Two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communicates successes and/or concerns on a timely basis with appropriate corporate staff. Task List Schedule work order requests according to maintenance priorities. Perform maintenance duties, including but not limited to: Electrical repairs to appliances, circuits, and fixtures.

Plumbing repairs to water and sewage systems, including replacement of water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and cleaning of stoppages. Carpentry repairs structural framing and finish work. Replacement of flooring, glass, screens, drapes. Painting, both interior and exterior. Light repair of roofing, concrete, and masonry. Replacement and re-keying of lock assemblies. Maintain accurate and current records Coordinate the bidding process, including scheduling and monitoring work performed by contractors. Cooperate and comply with quarterly and annual inspections.

Participate in weekly property walks / inspections Have reliable knowledge, supported by accurate maps, of all utility routing and cut-offs, including water, gas, sewer, electrical, telephone and TV cable. Purchase supplies and maintain a current record of inventories. Maintain equipment manuals and parts lists on a complete and current basis. Assure that preventative maintenance is performed as scheduled. Participate in a standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage. Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative maintenance on all equipment based on the manufacturer’s recommendations and operating manuals.

Keep the current inventory record the same. Physical security – make sure storage areas and entrances are clean, locked, and that adequate lighting is maintained. Comply with company safety policies and procedures. Keep up to date on company policies and procedures related to maintenance. Maintain though testing and cleaning the hotel pool, pool house, and pump rooms. Unambiguous work direction is required. Assist in the development and construction of special production equipment or the alteration of standard equipment for special purposes, installing connection electrical and mechanical components, aligning shafts and bearings, checks all functioning parts, making alterations as required.

Assist vendors' service personnel with trouble-shooting and/or initial set-up of machines and equipment. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Repairs production tooling, disassembling as necessary to examine for worn of broken parts. Make new production tooling, as required where function required is a position and secure parts to maintain specified tolerances. Sets-up and operates a variety of hand and machine tools including welders, to make new tools to replace those which have worn or broken. Assist in tool tryout, checking parts produced and making alterations as results dictate.

Performs a wide variety of shearing, machining, welding, assembling, painting and testing in the construction or reconditioning of designed Engineering models and prototypes and in the production of small quantities of marketable product. Confers with Engineering regarding material and equipment required to maintain requirements and specifications. Recommend changes leading to design and process efficiencies. Participate in the checking and testing of models, making installation on customer machines. Hook up and operate power equipment. Diagnose problems, making changes required to meet operation requirements.

Works from drawings, sketches, instructions, Engineering specifications, manufacturers' manuals, wiring and piping diagrams. Uses a variety of measuring and testing equipment. Must be able to read, write and comprehend English. May be required to perform work on any shift designated by the company. Maintains records as required for maintenance and safety purposes. Uses a variety of inspection equipment, measuring and recording results to assure that parts are made to quality standards. Keeps equipment and area clean, neat, productive and safe. Performs daily housekeeping.
