Property Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis North / Brooklyn Center Essential Duties and Responsibilities Able to work Weekends & PM Shifts as required Performs preventative maintenance duties in guest rooms and all other areas of the hotel R esponds to reported problems and issues and p erforms general repairs Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot Performs building and equipment preventative maintenance duties Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency Ensures
all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secur ed Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation Maintains operational knowledge of common power and hand tools Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
