The Technology Manager (Software Engineering) will be responsible to own the end-to-end delivery and sustainment of both custom built and off the shelf Software products for Disney Cruise Line. In addition, will assist Cast member teams in managing priorities, removing roadblocks, and mentoring cast for career growth. This
role will also partner with key stakeholders (Product, Operations, Design, Project Management, etc. ) in the delivery of key initiatives from initial concept through funding approval to project completion.
Lead and direct a team of software and system engineers to ensure the application portfolio are designed for highest quality of Guest and Cast experience including but not limited to 100% availability, stable and reliable in order to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless experience.
