Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. Train new QA/QC personnel and provide continuous training of current QA/QC personnel. Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures. Analyze all processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance

of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.

Constant communication with operations department and having a general understanding of where all the projects stand in relation to QA/QC. Perform all of the Field QA/QC work, including performing Trial and Destructive Tests, Air Tests and Vacuum Box tests, using the GPS to as-built the liner systems, and collecting the seam and repair information. Must be proficient in COMANCO proprietary QA/QC software CAAB™. Provide Final As-Built Drawings and Recorded QC Documentation to Project Managers for review. Check for consistency, accuracy, and correctness in Field Documentation and As-Builts.

Notify project team on QC documentation updated throughout the duration of the project to be fixed during install and not after. Timely collection of QA/QC documentation and As-Builts upon project completion. Track destructive testing success rates for each job, and each customer. Provide QA/QC Technicians with tools/equipment to perform their tasks. Provide QA/QC Technicians with project data book. Audit DS rates vs. Quantity of Production seaming vs. Specifications. Quality Control Specification Review prior to each job. Collect and archive Destructive Test (DT) samples. Maintain QA/QC Files for each job.

Make recommendations for QA/QC technician project assignments. Maintain and update consistent documentation procedures for QA/QC reporting. Audit manufacturers roll lengths (reported vs. actual). Photo log (digital) of sites visited. Evaluate QC Technicians Performance/Progress. Provide input on the design of digital collection/transmittal of QC data by utilizing new technology in the field. Train QC Technicians in the use of this new technology once implemented. Tracking and maintaining of QA/QC department cost/budget. Frequent job site visits to audit and inspect QA/QC Procedures, documentation, and job site safety.

Compile site visit report. Develop and oversee the use of GPS Survey Equipment to create project As-builts. Train QC Technicians in the use of GPS Technology and troubleshoot in-situ GPS equipment remotely. Review plans and specifications for pre-Geosynthetic job planning meetings as it pertains to QA/QC for the entire scope of work - this includes permitting, earthwork operations, pipe welding, etc. Develop proposed panel placements for Geosynthetic liner systems that effectively minimizes seams and subsequent extrusion welding of patches as well as maximizes material use, minimizing material waste percentages.

Run takeoff quantities via AGTEK 4D for all job-specific materials - pipe, liner, earthwork, concrete, etc. Survey capabilities including Trimble Base-Rover and UAV (drone) piloting. Maintain QAQC inventory: Drone, Trimble, Liner GPS, Data Collectors, repeaters, tablets, rover poles, wiring, batteries, etc. Thorough incident investigation of damaged QAQC equipment. Understand leak location surveys and how they pertain to installations. Proficient in HDPE pipe welding and Mc Elroy Data Logger usage. Analyze Data logger reports and identify deficient welds.
