Mentors staff in understanding and advocating for the importance of utilizing Relationship- Based Care initiatives in nursing practice. Evaluates the process to achieve outcomes; anticipates patient variances and makes revisions to the plan of care. Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with others. Additional Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as Registered Nurse required; prefer prior cardiac or tele unit experience.
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date.
