The Facilities Services Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, safety, and functionality of PCGI owned and leased facilities. This position involves a variety of tasks, from routine maintenance and repair to emergency response, in order to maintain a clean, safe, and operational environment for staff and visitors.
The position provides facilities services to both the Loveland and the Greenwood Village PCGI offices. Major Responsibilities: 1. Facilities Maintenance Perform routine inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance and repair needs. Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems issues as needed.
