requests and responses Research and analyze legal issues Advise clients on tax matters Communicate with taxpayers and attorneys Develop and maintain relationships with clients Participate in marketing and networking activities Attend local evening and weekend events including statewide conferences Draft memorandum for the firm and for clients Assist with appellate matters Professional Skills Manage a large caseload Identify and analyze complex issues Provide research that is thorough and responsive to issue at hand Write in an organized, clear and concise manner Work in a supervisory position Preferred Experience 0-5 years litigation experience.
