Prepares, manages, and oversees department budgets, financial reports, staffing needs, etc. while making any recommendations for revenue and expenditure adjustments, based on fact, market research, etc. Schedules, implements, oversees and conducts staff orientation, meetings, trainings, etc.

Line Runner Duties: Line Runners organize buffet items, break down and clean buffets, and refill foods on the buffet as necessary.

Stock food service buffets. Resupply napkins, cutlery, dishes, and condiments on food service stations as needed during meal service. Line Runners assist with meal prep, making and serving items such as salads, in-house dressings, and preparing coffee. Assist in leaning all dining, food service, and kitchen areas before, during, and after meal service. At all times, follow all food safety standards and restaurant sanitation regulations. This includes washing hands, emptying trash, and cleaning dining areas.

Answer customer questions and make menu suggestions. Front of House: Assisting guests with questions. Sweeping and mopping all public area floors and stairs, throughout the day. Vacuuming carpet floors as needed. Clean all glass (windows, mirrors, etc. ). Inside and outside as needed. Emptying the trash and replacing the bag in all public areas.
