Stay current with new processes, system conversions, software application updates and impacts to procedures. Review reported Compromised Card Alerts following the card tracking, reissue, and notification process. Compile information required for internal audits as requested. Cross train within the Operations Department and assist during team member absences.

Responsibilities also include other duties as assigned by the Manager.
