Hours vary due to production need, generally 3p-12a or 5p-2a Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answers phones including fielding questions, re-directing calls and taking messages and/or orders. Maintains general company record systems to uphold accurate files. Utilizes office equipment such as printers, fax machines, etc. Operates a computer at a basic level. Handles emails, data entry, calendar, scheduling
apps and printing. Monitors stocks of office supplies, reports and re-stocks when there are shortages. Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail, including envelopes, packages, etc.
Safety comes first; make sure to wear the proper PPE when walking in the cooler. Arrange loads by sequence and stops so customer orders can be delivered by customer appointment time. Manifest loads correctly by using the computer system to ensure accurate billings and accounting. Daily physically walk the cooler to count, monitor and correct SAP and CFS inventory. Complete necessary adjustments to SAP & CFS after counting o ensure inventory accuracy in CFS and SAP. Perform snapshot when
needed. Report issues/discrepancies to management, Sales and production.

The Debone Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production associates to achieve required production and quality standards in a safe, efficient, and effective manner and for promoting and maintaining positive working relationships within the production group.
The shift hours for this position is, generally, 4:00pm- 2:00am Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Trains, directs and develops subordinates to meet operating, safety and quality requirements within the department and/or area. Supervises production staff to ensure product quality
and integrity and ensures all finished product meets or exceeds customer requirements. Creates and maintains an environment that is conducive to retaining associates.
Consistently administers Company policies and procedures. Supports and promotes the Company's annual People, Products, Profitability and Planet goals through effective and efficient planning, communication and coaching, training and overall direction of the workforce. Creates and implements, with management approval, new ideas and methods to improve production efficiencies, CSI, QI, Safety scorecard. Should be computer literate with skill in Microsoft Office. Proven track record demonstrating ability to lead people and get results. Must be able to organize multiple protocols/projects and complete on schedule. Requires prior supervisory experience. Knowledge of an ability to provide strong customer orientation. Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization; possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
