QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SYSTEM DISPATCH COORDINATOR A high school diploma A minimum five (5) years' experience in Customer Service or related utility company. Must have a working knowledge of typing and filing concepts, software systems, telephone, radio, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must understand electrical operations, materials, equipment and work responsibilities
of Delaware Electric Cooperative are helpful. Must currently hold a valid Driver's License recognized by the State of Delaware Job duties include communicating between the Cooperative and its Members/Owners.
Responding to member/owner complaints and concerns. Monitoring operational equipment during each shift, communicating with all personnel relating to outages reported by phone, and other outage monitoring system and alarm devices. Communicates and monitors radio communications in order to ensure safety and a smooth and efficient flow of work with the crews. Prioritizes and assigns jobs to crews as required. Monitors SCADA and Load Management and reports alarms to proper personnel.
