people to join the team. Position Summary The position manages the production team and oversees all aspects of AVL across all campuses. This position reports directly to the Creative Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and Manage the Production Team Serve as the direct report for the production staff team.
Plan for upcoming events and production needs. Provide oversight of production staff health and growth through meetings, agendas, schedules, and event planning. Production Equipment Support Provide support for all production equipment across all campuses. This includes knowing the functionality and any potential upgrades of all the production equipment, along with
associated troubleshooting and maintenance. Broadcast Configuration Create, schedule, and edit services to stream or be ready to stream and broadcast to campuses and other locations.
Stage and Lighting Design In charge of ideating, designing and executing deployment of approved stage designs. This includes programming lights for weekend services and events. Dream Team and Staff Training Responsible for training of dream teamers and staff on equipment. Responsible for scheduling and running team training nights and developing leader roles within the production team.
