A human resources specialist is responsible for providing support that affects Soldiers overall welfare and well-being while assisting leaders with keeping Soldiers combat-ready and effective.

This is a position in the Army Reserves. In order to qualify you must meet the minimum requirements to enlist in the United States Army.

Job training for Patient Administration Specialists consists of 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you'll learn basic Soldiering skills, and seven weeks of Advanced Individual Training. Training consists of both classroom and field work.
