Develop tools (jigs) for standard equipment checks. Preventative Maintenance generation and or refinement of existing PMs.
Analyze machine failures for root cause and implement corrective actions. Assist in annual inspections. Monitor parts spending and reliability trends. Adjust, repair and install hydraulic, pneumatic and servo systems. Change out AC/DC motors when necessary. Utilize a laptop to communicate with PLCs and Servos to diagnose issues. Use a drawing package, multi-meter and other diagnostic equipment to determine electrical issues. Diagnose mechanical wear, alignment, adjustment, and setup issues. Develop standard work for troubleshooting and setups/changeovers. Perform emergency repairs and resolve PLC or various mechanical issues.
New Equipment installs works with engineers, vendors, and equipment suppliers. Installation support act as lead technician on floor, directing central maintenance and other supporting groups. Factory acceptance testing works with engineer and quality to accept new equipment which could include being willing to travel with overnight stays for factory acceptance and training. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (Pro) for maintenance related SOPs. Proficient in CMR, EWR, Cleaning reports, and other equipment related documentation as applicable to the area.
Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality or discrepancy issues occur. Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles. Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (c GMP). Investigate, identify and correct any inefficiency in machine performance. Communicate with outgoing shift personnel to obtain information regarding any problems with machines, materials, etc. encountered during the previous shift and review point of use tool inventory. Associates degree in a technical related discipline (i. e. Industrial Maintenance), preferred. Minimum of 5 years of mechanical systems repair, industrial maintenance or equivalent is required. Ensures the cleanliness of the cleaning equipment storage areas to include monthly washing of the walls, floors dryer filter changes etc, in the decontamination room. Ensures that the proper equipment is packaged in equipment kits such as ventilation kits.4. Performs preventive maintenance checks on all adult and infant ventilators on a monthly basis as available. Ensures that no ventilator goes greater than 3 months without checking. Updates PM records as service is performed. Documents and reports any hazardous or malfunctioning equipment to supervisory staff. Repairs miscellaneous equipment as needed.

the Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist prepares and performs non-invasive diagnostic procedures and tests used to acquire and analyze patient diagnostic data. By interviewing and preparing patients with in-depth understanding of the equipment and procedures, this role ensures effective, safe use of this equipment and drives optimal care outcomes.
Responsibilities: Performs and reports results of non-invasive peripheral vascular diagnostic procedures and ambulatory monitoring. Ensures positive patient identification. Promotes a safe, clean and secure hospital environment for all, including the application of standard precautions and principles of infection control. Reads, comprehends
and transcribes imaging order, engaging with vascular surgeon or radiologist when order is unclear, complex or warrants deeper review. Interviews patients to understand risk factors and prior medical history components that may warrant a more in-depth examination for safety.
Selects appropriate scanning protocols and imaging parameters using extensive knowledge of human anatomy, pathology and the capabilities/limitations of both imaging hardware and specific imaging sequences. Measure, evaluate and record gradients using pressure measurements recorded with Doppler ultrasound system. Team members with additional training with echo sonography may also perform more advanced heart measures.
