RESPONSIBILITIES Work within an Agile software team to prototype, implement and deliver software solutions Support development of new Li DAR processing capabilities Support development of point cloud filtering, clustering, and classification capabilities Support process improvement, automation, and machine learning initiatives to advance Li DAR data processing and analytics Investigate and
identify new and emerging Li DAR technologies Implement a unit test plan to validate completed features Document software design and use Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Experience working with geospatial data including imagery and elevation data Experience with Li DAR data processing, classification, and DEM creation Experience with Structure from Motion (Sf M) algorithms and concepts C++/Python programming experience Open CL/CUDA/Open CV experience Desired Skills: Experience/working knowledge of topo-bathy
Li DAR sensors, including flight planning, and processing Experience processing Li DAR data from a variety of sensors, including Geiger-mode, single-photon, and linear-mode Li DAR, specifically Optech Galaxy, Leica ALS80-UP/Terrain Mapper, Leica City Mapper 2 Experience processing Li DAR data from bathymetric sensors Experience with other airborne sensors, such as imagery, hyperspectral, radar, SAR, IFSAR Java Script, MATLAB, Restful API Experience with Li DAR and geospatial processing tools (Inertial Explorer, Pospac, Mission Pro, FMS NAV, Flight Pro, Hx Map, LMS, Terra Scan, Terra Match, QT Modeler, Global Mapper, Arc GIS, QGIS, GDAL, etc.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $98,800 - $186,100.
