Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus. Proven experience in product inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards. Experience operating and maintaining forklifts a major plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
