Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus. Proven experience in product inspection or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards. Experience operating and maintaining forklifts a major plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with quality assurance procedures and continuous improvement concepts. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
Extended periods of standing and walking during product inspections and documentation processes. Ability to operate measurement tools, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
