value proposition and quality focus to the field as well as communicate data from the field to multiple groups within Yaskawa. The candidate must reside within the territory and ideally have previous knowledge of the sales potential within the greater Philadelphia area. More specifically, we are looking for someone who: Possesses BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or 4 to 10+ years of practical

sales experience. Has a minimum of four years field experience involving sales of Yaskawa or competitive product lines or automation product lines.

Has strong professional sales abilities with proven sales record, and an understanding of the US factory automation market including moderate knowledge of Yaskawa and competitor products, channels and strategies. Possesses a thorough understanding of situational selling, value propositions and interpersonal relationships. Has a proven record of supporting and managing various sales channels, and networks such as distributors, value added resellers, integrators, representatives and other channel outlets.

the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on established merchandising and processing principals using appropriate company resources and tools Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded per company guidelines Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor Ensures Associates complete tasks and daily activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed Monitors and measures productivity of team and coaches as necessary Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards Maintains all
