Inventory items in Desktop Central for all computing related devices, i. e. printers, switches, computers, etc. Become highly familiar with the major aspects of Manage Engine, i. e. the Requests portion of Service Desk and the inventory portion of Desktop Central – Specifically relates to making sure work is being documented succinctly in individual tickets and consistent use of Desktop Central’s Remote Control function to remotely assist users and/or commandeer machines for general maintenance items or incident fixes.
