Job Description Job responsibilities will include: Become familiar with the LIMS used by the laboratory (Thermo Fisher Sample Manager), and assist in program configuration, verification and implementation Be proficient in the entire software enhancement lifecycle from gathering requirements, establishing stakeholders, developing workflows, quality assurance, and deploying a final product.
Provide proficient documentation and user guides for new configurations pushed. Inventory items in Desktop Central for all computing related devices, i. e. printers, switches, computers, etc. Become highly familiar with the major aspects of Manage Engine, i. e. the Requests portion of Service Desk and the inventory portion of Desktop Central – Specifically relates to making sure work is being documented succinctly in individual tickets and consistent use of Desktop Central’s Remote Control function to remotely assist users and/or commandeer machines for general maintenance items or incident fixes.
