Qualifications Education and/or Experience : A high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience and two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Internal candidates, in lieu of experiences, may have demonstrated supervisory and leadership competency in an alternative documented method.
Language Skills : Must be able to effectively communicate direction and training both verbally and in writing. Mathematical Skill s: Ability to solve basic to moderately difficult calculations and analyze data. Reasoning Ability : Statistical analysis proficiency is required; must be able to make sound business decisions based on available information and facts. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of Kronos UKG time and attendance software preferred. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes. Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills.
