As the Director of Information Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of all information technology systems and services within our organization. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Director for Information Techology, you will oversee and manage all aspects of information technology programs and functions for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), including strategic planning, project management, hardware acquisition, and technical support.

Duties will include: Acting as the primary advisor on IT (Information Techology) matters to PGCB leadership, Executive Director, and Board members, developing policies and program initiatives aligned with OA IT policies and PGCB business requirements. Directing the development of IT systems,

including design criteria, specifications, and requests for proposals for equipment, networks, and systems.

Managing the customization and development of applications, including design criteria, specifications, and requests for proposals. Leading the integration and management of PGCB platform connectivity with other networks, platforms, and protocols. Overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of data storage and exchange systems for PGCB. Evaluating statewide systems, equipment, facilities, and services within PGCB. Coordinating PGCB policy with OA IT for functions such as software, hardware, architecture, and security. Providing guidance on the use of PGCB IT applications and systems to staff and the gaming industry.

Establishing priorities for IT initiatives and projects, monitoring project status, and ensuring successful implementation. backssing the IT needs of PGCB units and external clients and identifies technological developments to meet those needs. Setting performance standards for IT programs, monitoring operational efficiency, and initiating performance improvements. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Eight years of professional experience managing information technology functions, programs, and/or projects for an organization, including 3 years IT project or portfolio management, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes 4 years of supervisory and/or management experience in information technology.
