Payable transactions. This position will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. Essential Duties Process transactions, including invoices, ensuring accuracy Reconcile vendor statements, inventory, etc. Research and correct discrepancies Explain variances Report on findings Communicate with stakeholders, including vendors, stations, and management, and answer their questions Maintain files and documentation Verify payments Process incoming communications Job Qualifications and Competencies Basic computer knowledge Accounting knowledge Data entry experience Preferred Qualifications Organized and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in
