The Company is a strategic supplier to leading OEMs such as John Deere, Polaris, Husqvarna, MTD, and BRP, and is sole sourced on a number of their leading platforms. Approximately 59% of Carlstar's revenue is derived from higher margin aftermarket sales, leveraging the Company's large installed

base of OEM products. Carlstar has approximately 3,400 employees and operates four manufacturing facilities in both North America and China and twelve distribution centers.

Carlstar is engaged in serving lower volume, higher mix business where the Company must economically manage thousands of SKUs with low individual order quantities through a complex distribution network in a marketplace that highly values timely and accurate order fulfillment. Position Summary: The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and managing the quality control systems and processes. This position is also a key participant and leader in the continuous improvement efforts of the plant's products, processes and the QMS.

The position directly supervises the quality department and is responsible for strategies and plans that achieve revenue, operating profit, quality and lean manufacturing objectives. This position is a highly visible and responsible role that is accountable to uphold the quality standards of the organization while working to meet the goals of the business. This position reports to the Director of Global Quality. Pivotal Experience and Expertise: Carlstar seeks a result -oriented, self-driven, hands-on Quality Manager with experience leading high performing, cross functional teams.

A proven track record of leading change and implementing best practices in the plant's products, processes, and the quality management system. Strong communication skills needed to lead site Quality engineers & Technicians in meeting customer expectations, acting as liaison with the company and Customers on quality matters, and training production employees on quality issues and trends. Drive Problem solving activities at all levels engaging cross-functional team to improve key KPIs measuring internal and customer facing quality Act as a subject mater expert in advanced quality planning including coaching and training of employees in various aspects of advanced quality planning Identifying manufacturing and development constraints, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions implementation and validation.

Development of quality systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the plant. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline is required. 6 years of experience in quality experience and manufacturing environment required. Experience with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement techniques.

Six Sigma, Shainin, or other statistical problem-solving certification and/or experience preferred. ISO 9001:2015 quality system management experience Lead / participate in product and process improvement activities. Collaborates with leadership and team members to meet accreditation and compliance goals and objectives. Coordinates compliance audits, survey visits/activities, and post-survey follow-up activities. Serves as a change agent to identify, report, and recommend opportunities for improvement in clinical processes and procedures. Reviews proposed clinical processes and/or practices to determine implications and whether a new/revised standard is practical or achievable. Evaluates availability and capability of resources and identifies barriers required to fulfill clinical practice standards. Guides and coordinates policy/practice review to ensure alignment with regulatory and accrediting standards, best practices, and evidence-based practice.

Medical Record Review & Data Reporting Performs supervisory review of patient backssment forms completed by the clinicians for compliance with payor and regulatory data elements. Ensures documentation is valid, complete, and consistent with these requirements. Monitors patient’s plan of care to ensure sufficient medical documentation meeting payor and regulatory guidelines. Researches and resolves problems that may impact reimbursement for services.

Collects and reports backssment data and plan-of-care documentation electronically to a centralized state data repository. Serve as primary contact with physicians/physician offices to collect clinical documentation consistent with regulatory and reimbursement guidelines. Stays current in CHAP, Medicare, State, and other payor and regulatory requirements related to services provided. Assists with evaluating the quality of care provided by comparing performance with national benchmarks; collaborates with the Director of Quality in the identification, implementation, action planning, and tracking of improvement activities.

Clinical Education Develops, delivers, or coordinates standardized clinical education programs to meet existing, new, and revised patient care standards, processes, and regulatory guidelines. Guides the implementation of new processes, procedures, and methods. Educates clinicians on appropriate documentation protocols for data collection and documentation. backsses and maintains documentation of staff training and competencies; conducts regular review of continuing education, licensure, and certifications to ensure qualifications are maintained. Supervisory Supervises staff members as assigned within the department.

Monitors Associate performance and clarifies work expectations, and assists with goal setting; promotes cooperation among individuals and groups. Position Summary: The Carlstar Group is seeking a driven and motivated Quality Engineer to move our product forward and lead the way in the Tire Industry. In this role you will lead, coach, facilitate and support the implementation of quality initiatives, continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS), problem solve, perform data analysis, continuous improvement activities and interact routinely with Customers.

Lead advance quality planning (APQP) activities for new / upgraded product. Lead / facilitate development of APQP elements including PFMEA, control plan, statistical process control, etc. leading to internal / external PPAP. Prioritize, plan, and execute work activities in alignment with department and company priorities with minimal supervision. Support the development and maintenance of QMS to ensure compliance to standards, including ISO9001. Conduct internal and external audits, publish findings and recommendations. Create reports, communicate and publish quality measurements and objectives.

Engage in continuous improvement activities to support plant goals and objectives. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, is required. 3 years of experience in quality assurance preferred.
