The Senior Manager, Event Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns designed to build awareness and drive attendance at track events in the Midwest Region (Watkins Glen International, Michigan International Speedway, Kansas Speedway, Chicagoland Speedway/Route 66 Raceway and Iowa Speedway).
Duties include but are not limited to: Work closely with central and regional departmental functions in the creation and execution of go-to market strategies for NASCAR and core motorsports events across the region, from concept
and creative development to implementation, optimization, and reporting Manage the scheduling, tracking, and execution of consumer touchpoint deliverables (directly and indirectly) Develop and execute local/grassroots marketing plans, in conjunction with the Event Experience team, to drive awareness of NASCAR and other ancillary events Manage fan development and prospecting opportunities in local market(s) Support non-NASCAR event marketing campaigns and work with third party promoters as necessary - music festivals, etc.
Work with Communications and Driver/Team Marketing to manage in-market driver appearances Work with Event Experience team to build out weekend content and enhance
the fan experience Activate onsite Event Experience plans for event weekends for assigned tracks Provide local market expertise and insights Travel: 15% including some weekends Required skills / experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of five (5) years of motorsports/ sports marketing industry, marketing, project management, public relations/communications experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Sr Manager, Ticket Operations, supports the Director, Ticket Operations and each of the ticket operations staff by providing support and services on all day to day or special project and fulfillment needs. Essential Functions: Performs any combination of the following duties according to specific departmental guidelines: Direct oversight of day-to-day ticket operations and staff Assist in making recommendations on
ways to enhance and simplify the Ticket Operations Process Oversee all product training for the Sales Center & Sales Academy Assist the Southeast Regional Ticket Operations staff on all special project needs Support new event builds, system access, and other back end Pro Venue operational needs.
Work closely the Sales Center Management team on handling all Action Forms Oversee all Event Weekend Ticket Operations needs Event Staffing Will Call Operations Nightly Reconciliation Final Event Reports Oversee the hiring, staffing and scheduling of all ticketing event-day staff Handling and processing of all inbound mail Renewals Inbound Consumer Correspondence Assume responsibility
for all walk-up sales and questions Assist in processing EBMS and Comp ticket accounts.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum four (4) years of experience with ticketing software; preferably Qualified candidate should have a strong knowledge of current sports ticket sales and operations Box office experience preferred Able to manage projects from conception to implementation Familiarity with the sport of NASCAR is a plus Knowledgeable in current and forward-looking technologies evolving the business of ticket sales and operations Advanced excel skills requested Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written Self-starter, able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision!
