PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Performs operational duties such as delivery, inventory control, housekeeping, repairs and customer service at assigned location.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Manage inventory, protect from damage and ensure proper paperwork documenting movement in and out of warehouse. Complete monthly physical inventory and weekly spot checks; communicates product to be ordered. Monitor inventory for current seasonal and daily needs. Maintain service/repair records for all equipment including vehicles. Inform Location Manager of

need for major building and equipment repairs and recommend annual fixed asset purchases. Responsible for the housekeeping of warehouse(s) and surrounding grounds at assigned location(s).

Keep vehicles and equipment clean, parked neatly and security checked daily. Ensure that employees follow all safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment. Report any unsafe equipment or procedure to the supervisor. Inspect and record findings weekly for petroleum, chemical and liquid fertilizer tanks and dikes. Remove rainwater or spilled product from load pads and dike areas and dispose of as directed. Responsible for delivery of products. Assist in loading bulk pesticides, container

products and Anhydrous Ammonia tanks for pickup or delivery. Retrieve product from other suppliers or company locations.

Delivers product to customers and rotates according to date. Report any possible product problems at customer locations and provide outstanding customer service. Maintain product handling equipment and complete needed repairs. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS May be required to do one or more of the following: Maintain unattended fuel sites Keep spill box and fuel lines in floor runs at bulk petroleum loading plant clean of debris and fuel spilled. Prepare empty oil drums for return. Maintain grain system and train other employees in the maintenance and operation of system if present at location.

Maintain quality control of grain. Learn the operation of all equipment and vehicles at the location and be available to help in times of peak demand. Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1-2 years or more of agriculture or warehouse related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of inventory control and organization skills.

Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operation certification, Commercial Driver’s License A or B (at discretion of location based on need) with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement, Mixer Loader Pesticide Certified & License. As well as maintain a satisfactory driving record. Ability to lift at least 60 pounds frequently. Frequently exposed to extreme weather conditions and noisy conditions. May occasionally be exposed to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures. May occasionally be required to work at varying heights. Must be able to travel independently and overnight.

Operates and maintains all equipment in a safe manner and adheres to all local, state, and federal traffic and safety regulations. Supports the operations functions of the warehouse. Informs proper departments of “stock outs”, inventory discrepancies and other inventory problems or concerns. Non-essential Functions May assist the City Desk and Will Call areas in providing customer service functions including, but not limited to, order entry, filling orders, processing returns, expediting, technical assistance, Will Call, and other functions, as needed.

May provide delivery of material to customer sites. Assists with loading and unloading of trucks. Notifies supervisor of any building or equipment maintenance, repair needs and/or any security concerns. Assists with other duties/projects as assigned by supervisor/manager. Work involves the determination of locations and machining in the X, and Y axis, in addition to the turning, drilling, facing, taper, and boring operations similar to the 2 Axis CNC Lathe. Complexity of work performed is related to the skill of the operator and the capability of the machine. Requires a knowledge of machining characteristics of a variety of materials, in both hardened and non-hardened states, and exotic materials i. e. carbide, in order to determine the appropriate speeds, feeds and tools to produce parts to specification. Devise and fabricate " soft" jaws for non-barstock parts, partially finished parts and parts of unusual outside configuration, or to allow the use of cutting tools within the confined space allowed.

Select appropriate cutting tool (i. e. end mill, drill, boring bar, turning tool, etc) , tool size and configuration to perform the required operations. If tool is not already mounted in one of the 16 machine stations, select from available supply and position in tool holder. May require sharpening of " non-insert" tools such as drills and mills. Responsible for the cleanliness, housekeeping and preventive maintenance of tools (grease and oil), equipment, benches and surrounding work area.

Train and assist CNC I operators in the operation of equipment and the resolution of problems and/or unusual cutting or processing requirements, based on daily job assignments.
