Responsibilities include ; Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner to members by providing courteous and friendly service.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with member and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with members and acquire all information to resolve issues effectively. Provide professional assistance to all members and ensure confidentiality of all member information. Maintain knowledge and interpret all policies and procedures of the Credit Union and ensure
compliance with all ethics and conducts. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services and products and update all requests on development needs. Provide efficient sales and services to members and monitor sales of all referral objectives.
Assist team to generate business through cross selling and effective marketing. Participate in leads and networking groups and stay connected with the communities. Requirements include; 1-3 years of similar or related experience. Computer knowledge and skills. Customer service experience. Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
