JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs in depth, systematic backssment of all assigned patients. Formulates collaborative and individualized plan of care and identifies expected patient outcomes, using the nursing process.

Implements, evaluates and documents patient care interventions and effectiveness in accordance with care plan. Organizes, coordinates and prioritizes patient care consistently utilizing available resources. Maintains an awareness of unit budget. Functions as a professional role model and resource person providing guidance to co-workers. Takes active role in unit-based performance improvement. Maintains responsibility for own professional development through active participation in in-services and/or

continuing education programs. Complies with established chain of command for work related problems.

Participates in identifying unit needs and supports unit goals and objectives that contribute to the growth of the Patient Services Department. Maintains departmental records for administrative and regulatory purposes. Collaborates with other caregivers to assure appropriate staffing levels on all shifts. PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Sit up to 2 hours per day; 1 hour at a time. Stand for up to 10 hours per day; 8 hours at a time. Walk 6 hours per day; 10 minutes at a time. Consistently lift, carry and push objects up to 10 lbs. Occasionally lift, carry and push objects up to 75 lbs.

Transports patients weighing up to 500 lbs. via wheelchair, bed and/or stretcher. Frequently stoop and bend. Frequently reach above should level. Must be able to perceive attributes of an object through touch. Must be able to hear as it relates to normal conversation and high and low frequencies. Must be able to see as it relates to general, near, far, color and peripheral vision. EDUCATION: Current RN license in the State of Pennsylvania. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical experience preferred. Individualized orientation program for all areas.

The EA also serves as the Trustee Liaison, working closely with the Utah Board of Trustees. This position reports directly to the Utah State Director. The Utah Executive Assistant will be responsible

for a variety of administrative support tasks, which include travel arrangements, processing correspondence, calendar management, and processing expenses and time reports for the Utah State Director; answering phones; scheduling/coordinating logistics for Board meetings (including taking minutes, coordinating A/V needs, arranging for food, etc.

) and other internal staff meetings; purchasing supplies; and maintaining office equipment. The EA will coordinate activities with multiple variables, setting realistic deadlines and managing the timeline, including managing complex mailing processes for the Chapter. The EA will communicate on behalf of the Utah State Director with staff in various programs across the Conservancy, as well as with donors, vendors, volunteers and partners.

The EA also serves as the Utah Chapter's Trustee Liaison. This includes monitoring and updating trustee resources, coordinating the orientation of new trustees, organizing compliance trainings and handling requests from individual board members. The EA will effectively communicate and distribute information to assist staff in making decisions, solving problems, and improving workflow. The EA will perform administrative functions for the Utah Chapter, as required, and provide special projects support to the Utah State Director, as well as assisting with special events.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE Acts independently on assigned tasks and exercises independent judgment based on analysis and experience; work is diversified and may not always fall under established practices and guidelines. Provides clerical and administrative support to the Utah State Director. Serves as the Office Manager of the Utah Chapter Office in Salt Lake City. Assists with organizing and implementing special projects and events Coordinates projects with several variables and works within a defined timeline and budget.

Demonstrates sensitivity in handling confidential information. Ensures compliance with Conservancy policies and procedures and external (donor/legal/IRS) requirements. (ITS) organization has an exciting opportunity to employ a Lead Microsoft Active Directory / Azure Administrator to design, manage, and maintain Identity and Access Management services built on the Active Directory and Entra ID platforms. This position will report to the IAM Engineering Supervisor in the Information Assurance department.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in implementing and supporting Active Directory in an enterprise environment and the demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and partners across the university. This is a hybrid position based in Ann Arbor, MI. You will need to occasionally

attend meetings on campus and be within a reasonably commutable distance. Details can be worked out with the hiring manager. May also require on-call availability and working during non-business hours.

Directory / Azure Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of services enabling the full life cycle of identities and supporting components of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.

Analyze, engineer, and implement complex solutions to meet business needs Support multi-tier Public-Key-Infrastructure with Active Directory Certificate Services Monitor and audit systems and services for performance, availability, and disaster preparedness Serve as subject matter expert in projects involving Active Directory/Entra ID and as a resource in complex troubleshooting scenarios Develop technical partnerships with key support, architecture, and operations teams.

Evaluate current environment to identify opportunities for security, operational, and functional enhancements and develop continuous improvement plans Create and maintain internal documentation inline with best practices and procedures and share knowledge with team members and IT partners Required Qualifications : A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business computing or a related field or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. A minimum of five to seven years experience in a related role in a large/enterprise environment requiring confidentiality, timeliness, customer service, organization, prioritization, troubleshooting, analysis, problem solving Extensive knowledge of Active Directory management and the Azure ecosystem Advanced automation and scripting experience including Power Shell Experience managing Azure/Entra ID integration, including Entra Connect, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Graph APIs Demonstrated ability to leverage appropriate technical tools to perform day-to-day administration tasks, root-cause analysis, and service restoration Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, skillfully manage complex projects and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices and apply the knowledge in the workplace Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and information effectively both verbally and in writing Desired Qualifications: Professional certifications Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP Experience with log analysis tools such as Splunk Modern programming skills in any language, including version control, test-driven development and debugging Experience building and supporting information technology services at a higher education institution Underfill Statement: UM-ITS welcomes a healthy applicant pool so we encourage all interested applicants to apply.
