Greet public in a pleasant and helpful manner maintaining professionalism. Sort incoming mail and disperse to appropriate staff. Send outgoing faxes and

distribute incoming faxes in a timely manner. Assist staff with typing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as requested. Maintain order in lobby, copy room, and break room.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional knowledge and skill in switchboard operation. Skills working with Microsoft Office Applications including, but not limited to Excel, Word, and Power Point. Skills working with office equipment (i. e fax, copier, printer, scanner, etc). Ability to effectively communicate with diverse workforce. Possess capacity to multi-task and

skilled in accuracy. Experience and Education Qualifications: High school diploma with courses in secretarial or business practices Supervisory Requirements: None Employment Requirements: Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record and abuse/neglect.

Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment. All training requirements including Relias Learning at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter. Physical Requirements: ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up the 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
