As the first point of contact for our customers, you cheerfully greet each individual and take the time to really listen to their needs. such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments.
The Universal Banker builds and retain relationships with current and prospective clients, promote all bank products and services and respond to simple and complex customer inquiries or service requests. In addition, the Universal Banker assists customers with their deposit needs regarding new accounts and services, and maintenance of these accounts. You prioritize tasks effectively and stay on top of all the latest regulations and policies. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A UNIVERSAL BANKER Associates Degree or equivalent experience Familiarity with banking regulations.
