Company Core Values Transparency Accountable Disciplined Inspired Results Oriented Position Performance Objectives: Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, Park office, parking lots and community buildings (clubhouse, bathrooms, etc. ). Removes trash from office areas and community perimeter
on a daily basis. Prepares property trash pick up for vacant park owned homes and community dumpster for city pick up. Assists in the preparation of market ready units by removing trash and debris from vacant units and removal of weeds and dead vegetation.
Performs assigned tasks in a timely manner. Reports any maintenance concerns for clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Property Manager. Represents the community in a professional manner at all times. Delivers communication documentation to residents. Ensures that unsafe conditions are reported to the Property Manager. Straightens pool furniture, checks pool/spa chemicals on a daily basis, maintains pool records and cleans pool deck
weekly. Cleans community barbecues on a weekly and/or on an " as-needed" basis during high use season.

Physical Requirements: Has the ability to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 50 pounds. Performs simple tasks, such as power grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. Requires ability to climb and work from ladder up to eight (8) feet in height. Experience Requirements: Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum six months of related experience.
