A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER As a senior quality engineer, you will assist in the development of departmental processes, document control, and goals with compliance to AS9100D, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and

DUTIES: Drive quality assurance initiatives to achieve product quality and reliability with a focus on design, materials, equipment, and process capabilities. Manage military quality system processes and policies. Coordinate the quality team: provide guidance and direction to quality staff, as well as to functional owners in implementation of the quality system and compliance with quality standards and regulations. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS BS/BA in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other equivalent engineering degree preferred Minimum 5 years in an ISO9001/AS9100 QMS or other regulated manufacturing environment Experience with GD&T and use of metrology instruments Processing of non-conformances and CAPA Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Strong MS Office Suite skills required Previous work experience with military products and/or DOD preferred Background in CMM a plus.
