Northrup Grumman Innovation Systems, Space Systems Group - Integrated Operations Directorate is looking for Operations Training Curriculum Designer/Trainers to join the Integrated Operations Training Department team. Curriculum designers create, manage,
and maintain training products that will be delivered to customers in support of mission operations. As a curriculum designer, the selected candidate will be required to design and develop training material to support automated scenarios, mission exercises and certification check rides for the customer and internal operations personnel.
Other responsibilities include working with the Mission/Systems Leads to identify training needs and develop training plans and curriculum such as reference guides and evaluation tools. The Curriculum Designer(s)/Trainers will also work with mission operations personnel to ensure training curriculum and scenarios accurately represent current operational
documentation used during on-orbit checkout and commissioning of satellites as well as during execution of primary mission(s).
Product deliveries include: Lesson Plans, Power Point Presentations, Training Videos, Hands-on Training Scenarios, Test/Quizzes, Student Guides, Training Plans, and other training material as necessary to support contractual training requirements. Must work collaboratively in a team environment across engineering disciplines to accomplish mission goals. Must excel in a fast-paced mission focused environment. Must be able to meet rapid development timelines.
