Be able recognize the alarms and warning lights and know how to recover. 5. While an operator has a lathe down for tool change, help him keep the rest of the cell up and running. This means, keep the other finished parts conveyors caught

up and help pack off the finished parts into the finished goods basket. NOTE: when dipping and packing into the finished basket the operator is required to wear gloves.

6. Work with the operators on each line to help fill coolant at some point during you shift. 7. Don't get caught up " Over" helping on one line and not help out as much on the other two. 8. Operator will be responsible for meeting all quality specifications on all finished goods - this includes, but is not limited to verifying all code dates and proper weights for each tote. The Agglomerate Line Operator must be knowledgeable in the activities of the personnel working on the line as he or she will assist in overseeing and training personnel.

Troubleshooting and mechanical skills are a plus. Position Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities for each position and equipment function on the agglomerate line. Check scales and tote weights at the beginning and during each shift; every two hours check the tote per pallet and record in appropriate

location. Identify and remove defective products or materials. Communicate with other shifts and/or departments regarding potential problems, product needing blended, line changes, etc.

Record all packaging information on packaging reports, and all changes or problems in the Shift Paperwork. Records must be legible, accurate, and complete, in English. Responsible for housekeeping and general appearance of Agglomerate and Packaging areas. Check at the start of each shift and during product changes that totes, date code stickers, etc. are correct for the product being packaged. Work cautiously around moving parts and equipment, adhere to LOTO safety, confined space policies and use good

safety practices at all times. Timely completion of the check-out list and reports.

Good knowledge of date codes, and appropriate locations for Pallet tickets Knowledge of product grade limits, and steps taken to correct out of spec product Familiarity with chemicals used in the cleaning and sanitizing process. Accurately mix ingredients and record ingredient usage. Knowledge of emergency procedures, including machine shut-down, employee evacuation procedures, and contacts for crisis or medical / first aide. Keep Agglomerate lead and Packaging Manager informed of progress and/or problems. Completes other duties as necessary. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of production and packaging equipment, policies and procedures to ensure the safety of product and personnel.

Ability to give instruction and teach others regarding packaging and equipment operation. Ability to complete paperwork and reports; basic math skills needed. Strong mechanical aptitude. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words. Good time management skills. Ability to monitor self and others to make improvements or take corrective action. Ability to delegate; must work well will all levels of staff.

Supervisory experience or background preferred. Safety and Quality conscious. Construction (A&C) FF&E Management Coordinator will coordinate activities related to the procurement of goods and services associated with development and construction activity. This role will work closely with A&C FF&E Senior Managers in the execution of procurement functions, ensuring adherence to company policy and established SOPs.

This role will also interface with A&C Project Managers to determine requirements and coordinate fulfillment activities, as well as with Directors of Finance and other accounting associates to ensure timely, accurate payments in support of project schedules. Expected Contributions Provide procurement support-related functions as needed. Consult with the

Director of A&C FF&E Management to clarify procurement requirements. Manage system setup for new vendors, resolving issues as they arise. Interact with PMs and A&C FF&E Senior Managers to determine procurement requirements.

Ensures purchase orders are prepared under established standards prior to issuance to vendors. Ensure compliance with policies/procedures governing bid requirements. Establishes a digital filing system with current project information. Coordinate the reconciliation and processing of vendor payments. Resolve issues as they arise. Ensure a process to confirm and document receipt of goods. Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and 3rd Parties to track and resolve

issues associated with payments. Develop fluency in the People Soft procurement system, as well as various other applications.

Coordinate turnover documentation at project completion. Create and update SOPs utilized in the execution of business processes. Perform tasks and projects as assigned in support of effectively and professionally managing procurement duties. Provide support to the Contract Administration function as required. Ensure compliance with Certificate of Insurance requirements. Candidate Profile Education: A minimum of 2 years of college or technical training (or equivalent experience). Previous experience working on a team and interacting with external customers. Experience resolving issues and prioritizing competing requests for support.
