This job position is a full time 40 hours a week plus minimal overtime as required. 8 hour shift start time at 9am - Monday through Friday. The factory is located in Troy, Michigan. Close to I-75 & between 15 and 16 mile road. Job Qualifications Ability to safely lift 30lbs Ability to remain mostly stationary with repetitive motions Strong oral communication skills Relevant Machine shop or wood shop experience or ability to learn on job Adaptability Strong attention to detail Ability to work and learn on 10 plus machines with competency.

Ability to work independently and with a team. Ability to lean many different machines safely and competently. Ability to learn hundreds of different wood species and grades.
