Recommends policies and procedures for efficient operation and maintenance of facility. Five (5) years of professional experience working with public health regulations and building codes. Five (5) years of professional experience diagnosing problems in mechanical, electrical, heating and air condition systems and the ability to recognize potentially dangerous situations and to make appropriate emergency responses. Five (5) years of professional experience directing the work of employees engaged in the maintenance of mechanical and building systems. Five (5) years of professional experience preparing and maintaining records.
Five (5) years of experience following and expressing complex ideas clearly both orally and in written form. Conditions of Employment Requires a valid appropriate driver’s license.
