Job Purpose The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing workflow, work station, and equipment improvement recommendations within Dana's manufacturing environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop new or modify existing methods to manufacture products ensuring that such methods meet quality and production standards as well as health, safety,

and environmental standards Coordinate all Sales Inquiries and Program Launches Determine manufacturing scope and requirements in new-business quotes, APQP and product launches Plan, prioritize and budget manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement projects for the plant Work with Quality department to develop Poka Yoke devices Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance to meet or exceed annual business improvement targets Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement Develop relationships

Kaizen & Lean manufacturing experience. Proficient in Auto CAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work with vendors, customers, & employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills. PLC experience is a plus – Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma (OSP), and Mori-Seiki (MAPS). The C4E team leads the development, support, and enablement of key business intelligence capabilities for Finance and Procurement, leveraging industry leading BI tools and technologies, enabling key business partners in making decisions around business performance.

The Procurement C4E team sits within the Enterprise Procurement and Supplier Management business area, in the Finance Shared Service (FSS) organization. As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will work directly with business

partners to automate reporting and business processes utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform components. You will be responsible for collecting functional business requirements, extracting & curating data, modeling, measure creation, UX design and production deployment of BI applications serving Procurement, Finance and the enterprise.

Senior Business Intelligence Engineer Responsibilities Leads the execution of the Procurement C4E Analytics strategy from design, plan, technical development, deployment, change management and adoption, maintenance, and improvements.
