shift. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for assisting in repairing and maintaining industrial equipment. This will include, but not limited to performing root cause failure analysis in a team environment and preventative maintenance per company standards.

Essential Job Functions Inspect equipment and related components to determine causes of malfunctions by using appropriate tools and skills. Replace/rebuild hydraulic components, pneumatic components, gear boxes, brakes, hoists, trolley systems, festoon systems, battery and fuel mobile devices, plumbing systems, basic fire systems, linear transmission devices such as ball and screws, etc. Basic welding for repairs, using

cutting devices, plasma cutters, etc. Pipe fitting, not limited to PVC, CPVC, black pipe, steel pipe, cooper, etc. Machine, fixture, tool and equipment alignments, geometry alignments, checks, corrections, leveling, installation and removal as assigned.

Generates parts list and purchase requisitions. Must comply with all safety rules and procedures and attend safety meetings. Other duties as assigned. POSITION SUMMARY: The Janitor cleans and keeps in an orderly condition factory working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office, apartment house, or commercial or another establishment. Graduation from a 2-year vocational training program in industrial maintenance or formal apprenticeship training program or have 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Inspect and test HAAS, Okuma and Mazak CNC machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Troubleshooting and repairing of different types of equipment in a fast-paced multi-skilled automated manufacturing/industrial environment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and machine components. Moving existing and installing new equipment. Cleaning, repairing and installing equipment and parts as needed.

Run diagnostic tests on CNC machinery to ensure system functionality. Perform emergency repairs, align and calibrate machinery and parts.

Monitor and report on project progress. Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information trends. Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders. Ensure safety considerations are given top priority while planning and performing duties. Recognize and adhere to all best practices for safety (i. e. lockout, tag out, confined space entry, etc. ) Maintain a clean and organized work area. Order parts, supplies or equipment from catalogs or suppliers. Follow and support all policies, procedures, goals, and objectives of TRDI, Lockheed Martin, and PEO SOFSA.
