Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance field.

The combination of a formal training program and experience will be considered Certifications: None Know how to troubleshoot/repair automated equipment including PLC, Servo motor, and VFD Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to fabricate parts from scratch or prints preferred Able to analyze and resolve technical problems or assist others in solving equipment issues Must be able to understand and utilize blueprints and other technical publications Experience in reading and interpreting ladder logic/schematics a plus Ability to use basic math in all units of measure, compute rate, ration, and percent Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language Travel Requirements: None Physical Demands : Sitting 0% Walking 10% Stairs/Ladders 5% Standing 85% Near Acuity Speaking - Ordinary Speech Hearing - Ordinary Conversation Manual Dexterity Computer Keyboard Fingering Frequently required to work and use hands to finger, handle or feel Frequently required to stand, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear Occasionally required to taste or smell and work in a confined space Lifting requirements: Frequently; up to 55 lbs.
