Apply today! Description of Duties • Maintain and design new and existing electronic board assemblies. Includes circuit design, circuit schematic creation and analysis, PCB layout and fabrication, and embedded programming. • Create and validate relevant engineering documentation, including electrical schematics, line diagrams, BOMs, and QC tests. • Continuously seek ways to improve existing products with a focus on quality and sustainability.

• Prototype, validate, and troubleshoot circuit designs. • Assist with the specification of new products based on the translation of customer needs, assembly, and engineering design principles.

• Support sales team with interpreting customer needs through product design and analysis. • Liaise with production team to design for manufacturability, to provide and interpret electrical drawings for assembly and define test to ensure compliance with quality and electrical standards. • Assist with the development of engineering standards and operating procedures. • Define and perform developmental and qualification testing to ensure products meet electrical design requirements and produce product

data sheets. • Recommend, develop and implement tools and practices to improve Technology Team productivity and capability.

Qualifications and Education Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution or equivalent experience. • 3+ years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proficient use of circuit design EDA software to design complex circuits, simulations, PCB layouts, and CAD models. • Experience with embedded programming of microcontrollers using modern programming languages. • Experience prototyping with Arduino and Raspberry Pi microcontrollers.

• Experience using basic hand tools. • Experience building and testing prototypes. • Ability to read and interpret schematics, associated lists, customer requirements, and specifications. • Ability to develop and implement test plans. • Ability to analyze data and provide clear and concise reports with recommendations and supporting data. • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills in a team environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications • Experience designing solar/hybrid power systems. • Familiarity with Dip Trace.

• Familiarity with modern programming languages such as C, C++, Python, VBA. • Experience creating electrical drawings and associated lists with Solid Works Electrical Schematic or similar CAD software. • Experience with CAN, I2C, NMEA2000, SAE J1939, etc. • Familiarity with UL, NFPA 70: NEC, IEC, ANSI, and military standards. • Familiarity with EMI/RFI and their mitigation. The Regional Water/Water Engineer must possess strong interpersonal skills, and efficiently balance multiple priorities.

You'll need strong verbal and written communication skills and to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences. You'll lead by example, be self-motivated, possess strong analytical skills, exhibit sound decision-making, and have proficient organizational skills. This position will report to the Regional Environmental

Water and Waste Manager and will work closely with and through other environmental team members at the mills and across other regions to help the entire organization deliver superior results.

This role is based at our Palatka, FL facility with travel to the other regional facilities as necessary. Our Team Georgia Pacific's Palatka Mill is l ocated just south of Jacksonville and west of St. Augustine, FL, the Palatka mill employs about 950 people has six paper machines as well as several converting lines and produces consumer tissue products such as bath tissue and paper towels sold under the Georgia-Pacific brand names of Angel Soft®, Quilted Northern®, Brawny®, and Sparkle®. What You

Will Do Provide support to the region's water and waste programs consistent with our Stewardship & Compliance Principle to achieve our Vision.

Assist with regulatory compliance obligations in a disciplined manner that leverages technology enablers, common processes, and best practices from across the enterprise. Systematically drive the water and waste environmental programs to be more resilient, effective, consistent, verifiable, and efficient (structured and principled vs. rule based) Build solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory agencies Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of mill processes and their impact on environmental performance at each facility and partner with our operations teams to meet their environmental obligations compliance programs to meet requirements with various water regulations, including NPDES, Cluster Rule BMP, SPCC, FRP, industrial and construction storm water permitting, and wetlands Maintain and refine compliance programs to meet requirements with applicable waste regulations, including non-hazardous and hazardous waste, universal waste, recycling and beneficial use.
