Mechanical-Electrical: Operate service, maintain, repair, and adjust air handling units, cooling equipment, generators, air compressors and a variety of mechanical-electrical appliances, fixtures, and equipment. Inspect for and correct fusing, bad wiring, dirty filters, loose and frayed belts, rust, corrosion, and deterioration. Plumbing-Heating: Operate service, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating equipment and systems.
This includes heat pumps, pressure tanks, faucets, sinks, drains, toilets, and sprinkler systems. Miscellaneous: Periodic inspections, to include the condition and operation of all plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical systems, and equipment. Maintain necessary maintenance and service records. Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Vehicle Maintenance: Performs routine maintenance and safety checks on all State vehicles pertaining to this Agency. Makes minor repairs as needed, to include light bulbs, fuses, air filters, belt adjustments, scheduling of all vehicles for maintenance and repairs, etc.
