Primary Job Responsibilities The Support Staff’s primary duties are to work in the home and ensure that the needs of the residents are being met. The support staff will ensure that the basic operations are the program are being met, including, chores, curriculum, and following up on any assigned structured
activities and responsibilities. The Support Staff will ensure that the Resident Guidelines are being followed. The Support Staff will be responsible for providing transportation for the residents.
The preferred candidate will be a mature, caring individual who can act as a support to the women who live at Mary’s Mantle. It is imperative that the candidate has a wealth of compassion for vulnerable pregnant women and small babies, while maintaining a spirit of accountability.
