Acts as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries, offering timely and accurate information. Oversees the hiring manager satisfaction survey process, including sending out surveys, tracking responses, and compiling quarterly summaries. Coordinates logistics and registration for job fairs and recruitment events, working with various job boards, university career services, and community organizations to post positions and internship opportunities.

Works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and priorities. Generates reports and analytics as needed to track recruitment metrics. May participate in phone screening of candidates for production openings as needed. Collaborates with the training team to ensure a seamless transition from the recruitment phase to the onboarding phase for new hires. Training Duties: Coordinates logistics for training classes and events including scheduling training rooms, sending notifications, scheduling attendees and trainers, preparing course materials including evaluations, handouts, and other training aides.

Coordinate snacks and meals for participants as needed. Administers and updates the company Learning Management System (LMS). Maintains repository of central training resources including instructional materials, classroom handouts, and training aids. Supports the process for new hire orientation and employee onboarding programs, contributing to a positive and welcoming introduction for new team members. Other Duties: Monitors and maintains inventory of welcome gifts for orientation and giveaways for HR company events.

Prepares and maintains status reports and tracking metrics. Maintains a high level of confidentiality of all Human Resources information. Treats all inquiries and requests with a sense of urgency. May serve as back-up to HR Receptionist as needed. Performs other duties as assigned to support HR department initiatives. JOB EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role supporting a team. Previous experience in recruiting or training and development a plus.
