Job Responsibilities This position assists in establishing software framework standards, designing application architectures, and creating environments to facilitate statewide technology application development for the department. Internal contacts are with all departmental technology users, stakeholders, and project sponsors which primarily are bureau chiefs, section heads and directors as well as other departmental staff and consultants.
