What you need to have: BA degree in insurance, business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of progressive underwriting experience within the commercial property insurance industry. Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude; critical thinking Proven underwriting, sales, and agency management skills. What makes you stand out? 7+ years of progressive underwriting experience with agency management experience within the commercial insurance industry. Ability to underwrite more complex accounts, including knowledge of commercial property forms, pricing, and rating methodology, modeling, and valuation tools.
